The Dojo is lead by Joseph Rae, a Yon Dan (Fourth Degree Black Belt) from the Roanoke (Virginia) Bujinkan Dojo. He began his training under Shidoshi Jeff Duncan in 1993. He just recently returned from a trip to Japan where he trained with Grandmaster Masaaki Hatsumi, and numerous Japanese and International senior students
Joe has also completed training with world renowned survival and tracking instructor Tom Brown whom heads the Tom Browns Tracking, Nature, and Wilderness Survival School in Asbury NJ.
